Overall this papa John's is consistently good. I love that they have a drive thru -- a game changer for sure! I often swing by just to avoid getting out of the car. I just don't have anything bad to say. I've ordered from this establishment enough to get a free pie so that says something! Deducted one star bc once in a while i sit at the drive thru before being noticed. I hate bothering them but I'm like LOOK AT ME. The employees are friendly and if you wave, tap on the glass, or call they'll respond.
Quick and easy pick up from Papa John's on game night is the way to go. My husband and I picked up their large specialty pizza from this location last night before the playoff game last night. We used the online ordering system, which said our order will be ready in about 15 minutes. Indeed our order was ready by the time we went to pick it up, warm and ready to be eaten. The pizza was cooked well and was up to par to usual Papa John's pizza quality- One of the best things being their non-greasy pillow dough. They also loaded our pizza with fresh toppings and our pizza almost tasted homemade. Also, all staff were wearing masks and they had a small hand sanitizer dispenser in the store. Unsure why this location has bad reviews, but I would come back to this Papa John's again.
